Travelling Gallery

The Travelling Gallery is a unique, custom-built, mobile art gallery. It aims to provide greater opportunity for communities across Scotland to directly experience the quality and diversity of contemporary art. Two exhibitions are toured per year, often visiting a different venue or school each day.
An education programme runs throughout.

Comprehensive Education Packs are sent to each host school to stimulate interest in the exhibition and prepare teachers/pupils for their gallery visit.
Travelling Gallery staff give an exhibition tour to each visiting group, explaining key issues about the contemporary artworks on show, encouraging discussion and open engagement amongst all visitors.
