The Tron Theatre

Here at the Tron, participation is about trying new things for the first time and taking something away from the experience. With our extensive program of activities and projects, we hope to offer that experience to a wider audience through:

• Drama skillshops for children and young people
• Creative Writing workshops
• Teacher training sessions
• Free school tours and information days
• Child and parent interactive storytelling
• Pre and post-show discussions
• Performance projects
• Partnership working
• Community projects
• Special one off events
• Offsite visits

Tron Participation – your chance to get involved and be creative!

Tron Participation has a host of exciting material from back stage footage, interviews, photographs and resources linked to performances in line with Curriculum for Excellence all held on our website. We also want to start a dialogue with teachers and pupils enabling them to suggest material they would find beneficial meaning our materials will be responsive to the needs of our audience.

The Tron Participation ‘work for schools’ page on our website will be updated with new resources and materials on a season to season basis, approximately 3 times a year however we will also upload materials on visiting companies as and when appropriate.
