The Good Teacher report
Published by the Jubilee Centre for Character & Virtues at University of Birmingham, The Good Teacher report explores ‘virtues and character’ in teaching based on research with 546 teachers and educators, including some from Scotland. 68% of teachers saw creativity as one of the six most important character strengths for good teachers, ahead of a love of learning, perseverance and leadership, and second only to fairness.
